We are currently operating as a direct-pay service. Our direct pay model allows us to offer unrushed visits, transparent pricing, and deeply personalized care for bladder health, pelvic comfort, vaginal wellness, and menopause related concerns. Initial appointments take place through secure telehealth, with in office follow ups arranged when needed. As our practice grows, insurance options will be added. For now, you’ll always know your cost upfront, no surprise bills, no restrictions, just thoughtful, whole woman care designed with you in mind.

For patients seeking a more personalized and consistent approach, membership provides ongoing support, guidance, and priority access when available.
Membership helps us move beyond one-time visits and focus on long-term wellness, symptom management, and proactive care.

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit and debit cards.
- We do not bill insurance, but you may request a receipt or superbill for possible reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a $75 fee.
- Membership patients may receive one waived late cancellation annually.
Late Policy
- Patients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
- This helps ensure every patient receives the full time and attention they deserve.
Refund Policy
- Services rendered are non-refundable.
- If technical issues occur with telehealth, we will make every effort to reschedule promptly.
