For patients seeking a more personalized and consistent approach, membership provides ongoing support, guidance, and priority access when available.
Membership helps us move beyond one-time visits and focus on long-term wellness, symptom management, and proactive care.

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit and debit cards.
- We do not bill insurance, but you may request a superbill for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments incur a $75 fee.
- Membership patients receive one waived late cancellation annually.
Late Policy
- Patients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
- This ensures every patient receives full, unhurried attention.
Refund Policy
- Services rendered are non-refundable.
- Technical issues during telehealth will be promptly rescheduled.
